Please update!!

This used to be a fantastic game. We need updates at this point, though.

- iOS 4 fast app switching
- Retina display compatibility
- Pause game when I receive an SMS. As it is now, my helicopter just hits the ground.
- Put the settings in the app. Its annoying to go out of the app to get to them.
- Put the online high scores in the app itself, please!!
